To purchase an original painting or a giclee print please go to the main menu bar and follow the drop down menus until you find the category that you are interested in. Click on the image you have chosen and you will find additional information. From there you can use the drop down menu beside the image and click on the selection you have chosen. You will then see the total amount required to purchase your item. Next, just click on the buy now button and the item will be added to your cart. You can click on the “Cart” button located at the top right side of any web page to veiw your cart.

Payments on this website are processed automatically via PayPal, which offers an industry standard secure on-line payment system. You can use almost any credit or debit card to pay via PayPal and can even make payments if you do not have an account. We also can take your order by phone or contact us via email or in person at upcoming art shows. We accept cash, check, money order, Visa/Master Card. Payable in U.S. Funds. We are required to collect sales tax when an item is sold in the state of Florida

A limited amount of personal information is required to be collected to be able to process your order which includes your name, contact info., email address, etc. for billing and shipping purposes. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties. We may send promotional updates pertaining to Steve's art now and then, which you may opt out at any time.

The shipping quotes that are pre-calculated in this web site pertain to items being shipped within the lower 48 U.S. States. Please contact us to request a shipping quote for all other destinations. Our shipping quotes not only include the cost of the carrier, but also the expense of packaging, handling, and insuring. Due to the rising cost of delivery, our carriers are calculating the cost with a term called “dimensional weight or billable weight” which transfers into a big jump in the cost based more on it's size more than it's actual weight. This is why we offer a canvas print of paintings that are 48”x36” or 40”x30”either stretched and ready to hang or rolled up in heavy duty card board tube and then mounted on stretcher bars by the purchaser. One of the largest Western Picture Frames also falls in this “over size” category. All packaging is done correctly with suitable boxes and the necessary packing material required to protect the painting or print in transit. Fine art paper prints will be mailed flat.

Delivery time can vary. We usually have several vaires sizes of Giclee prints in stock, other wise they are produced one at a time after an order is made. We always try our best to process orders in a timely fashion to get you the item you ordered as soon as possible. An order can sometimes take anywhere from a day or two to a week or two to process and then get shipped. We do appreciate your business and will always work toward getting you the product you ordered as soon as we can.

We are proud of the product that we are offering and our goal is to satisfy each customer with a painting or print that should last for many generations to come if it is properly taken care of. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with you order please contact us. We would be happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction with a replacement item or refund within 30 days after you receive it. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are willing to work with this fee depending on the situation in the event of an exchange. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you do end up having to return an item, please mail it, insured, in the proper packaging using a traceable method. It is our goal for each customer receive just the right piece of artwork that works with their unique situation in their home or establishment.
